Renewal Rehab, a leader in providing high-quality rehabilitation services across nursing homes, rehab centers, and long-term care facilities, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and administering treatment programs to assist patients in restoring function, improving mobility, relieving pain, and preventing or limiting permanent physical disabilities. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our patients. Evaluate patients' medical history to assess their physical condition and needs. Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team. Implement physical therapy interventions based on patient's needs and monitor progress. Educate patients and their families about the therapy process and maintenance exercises. Record patient progress and document therapy sessions in compliance with medical legal requirements. Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals regarding patient care plans. Maintain equipment and space used for therapy sessions. Participate in professional development and research to enhance skills and knowledge. Strong understanding of biomechanics, therapeutic modalities, and orthotics. Proficiency in using physical therapy tools and equipment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize tasks. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification preferred.
