Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, 53158! Job Title: Registered Nurse

Description: This position requires experience in a
medical/surgical or telemetry setting. The nurse will be
responsible for managing patient care and monitoring telemetry
systems. Candidates must have experience in blood product
administration and isolation precautions. Experience with
peripheral line care, starting and maintaining IVs, and
non-invasive airway management is essential. The nurse will work
closely with interdisciplinary teams, including IV teams,
respiratory services, and pharmacy. Weekend shifts are required
every other weekend. The patient care unit provides care for adults
and geriatric patients. Patient ratios are typically six patients
per nurse during night shifts. All applicants must provide
supervisor references after receiving an offer. Epic charting
system experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to manage
dysrhythmias and utilize rapid response and code teams effectively.
Familiarity with the diverse diagnoses seen in medical/surgical
settings is expected. Travel experience is required for this
position. This role necessitates compliance with all facility
