Join our healthcare team and make a difference in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing./n /n/nTravel Nursing Job Details/n /n - Assignment Type: Travel RN/n - Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 (Wisconsin nursing jobs)/n - Start Date: December 8, 2025/n - End Date: March 9, 2026/n - Duration: 13-week contract/n - Shift: Nights, 4x12-hour shifts/week (19:00 - 07:00)/n - Hours per Week: 36/n - Estimated Weekly Salary: $1940-$1990/n - Unit: Med/Surg Telemetry (Second Floor)/n - Patient Population: Adults and Geriatrics/n - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend/n - Charting System: Epic EMR/n /n/nRegistered Nurse Qualifications/n /n - Active WI or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required/n - Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience/n - Current BLS and NIHSS certifications (must be in hand before interview)/n - Proficient in interpreting and signing off on telemetry strips/n - Previous travel nursing experience required/n - Experience with Epic charting system preferred/n - Must provide 2 supervisor references from the past year (including one from most recent/current assignment)/n - Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted); COVID-19 vaccine not required/n - Must not have a latex allergy (facility cannot accommodate)/n /n/nMed/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities/n /n - Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on a busy Med/Surg Telemetry unit/n - Monitor, interpret, and document telemetry rhythms; manage dysrhythmias as needed/n - Administer blood products, oxygen, and medications; start and maintain IVs/n - Implement isolation precautions and infection control protocols/n - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including IV, PT, RT, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams/n - Participate in rapid response/code teams as needed/n - Provide patient and family education and support/n - Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR/n /n/n /n Ready to take your next step in travel nursing?
