Job Description:
Froedtert South is currently seeking a dedicated Registered
Nurse to join our dynamic team across our healthcare network. As a

will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing interventions
and support across our hospital and specialty clinic settings to
ensure optimal outcomes for our patients. This position offers a

plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in adherence with
established nursing standards. Administer medications accurately
and safely, and monitor responses to treatment. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans.
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient's
condition and treatment. Monitor all aspects of patient care,
including diet and physical activity. Educate and guide patients
and their families on disease prevention and health improvement
strategies. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
safety standards. Participate in the quality improvement
initiatives of the healthcare facility. Strong clinical skills in a
hospital or specialty clinic setting. Proficient in using medical
software and systems for patient care management. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to make decisions
in high-pressure situations. Detail-oriented with a profound
ability to prioritize and multitask. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
