Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic outpatient clinic environment. This role is centered around ongoing patient care management, bridging episodic and long-term health needs. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for clinic patients. Provide phone triage and determine the appropriate level of care and follow-up. Facilitate patient and family education related to treatments and care plans. Administer medications and immunizations in accordance with established procedures. Support diagnostic testing and coordinate orders from providers. Maintain accurate documentation in patient records.
