Practice Details

• Schedule: M-F
• Outpatient Only
• Travel Position: Physicians will travel to various SNFs/Assisted living facilities south of Milwaukee WI
• Primarily Geriatric work
• Mileage Reimbursement
• Full Ancillary Staff
• No Call, No weekends, No Nights
• Part Time or Full time option
• Experience a plus, but not required

  • Ballpark salary: $250k as W-2 (negotiable), higher with experience
