Program Manager Professional needs 5-10 Years of Program/Project Management experience in a large multi-unit organization. Client Service Rep requires; Advanced project management skills. Client Service Rep duties: 1. Defined the project charter, roles, tasks, milestones, and measures of success 2. Work with Product Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Pricing. 3. Develop business cases for initiatives developed. 4. Track action items and drive them to timely closure. 5. Ensuring stakeholder requirements are captured accurately and completely 6. Creating and maintaining project documentation using multiple JCI standards and tools 7. Facilitate day-to-day coordination while adhering to standards and sponsor expectations 8. Act as the link between the assigned project resources and key stakeholders
