Uline is looking for a meticulous Facilities Operations Manager. Lead a team that helps manage an operation of over 16 million square feet of property on over 50 million square feet of grounds.Better together than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion.Position Responsibilities

• Champion Uline Facilities standards to manage assigned areas of Facilities Operations across all Corporate office facilities.
• Ensure Corporate building audits are completed, and any open issues are resolved.
• Perform periodic audits of Uline's Branch and Sales locations.
• Manage assigned service agreements, budgets and vendor relationships.
• Complete property walks (on and off-site) with Uline's President and Senior Leadership as requested.
• Compose property walk notes, reports and emails for upper management.Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years Facility Operations or supervision experience.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and pay close attention to detail.
  • Manage confidential information.
  • Ability to travel to all Uline locations.Benefits
