The newly created Loyalty Manager role is responsible for creating and launching a new direct to consumer loyalty program in 2022 and will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the rollout and ongoing optimization of the program. We are looking for someone with deep loyalty expertise, strategic vision for our new loyalty program, and excellent operational abilities. They will be responsible for the development, execution, and evaluation of Loyalty marketing by providing analytical insights, reporting and actionable intelligence to help guide the decision-making process. The right candidate will be a strong leader with a data-driven, creative mind who is passionate about brand loyalty.   • Aggregate data and inputs from DTC consumer shopping behaviors, industry analysis and consumer insights to develop a loyalty strategy designed to increase purchase frequency and annual spend, trial new products, drive engagement, optimize consumer lifetime value and deliver the best experience to our consumers
  • Collaborate with our DTC Marketing Team to define the consumer experience online and in-store and lead the development process with internal stakeholders.
  • Define and manage the development of the Loyalty Program to support the long-term vision, while also working in an agile manner to execute quick wins
  • Establish program KPI's and present on key reporting metrics, offering performance insights and identifying opportunity gaps to program success
  • Partner with the Data Science team to set up automated reporting and dashboards to measure results, model financial impacts and develop ongoing optimizations
  • Provide direction and training to internal partners on how the program should be communicated to consumers as well as partnering to understand opportunities for optimization in our messaging strategies
  • Create and implement tailored campaign strategies including promotional, behavioral, and product-focused programs that support personalized consumer preferences and business objectives
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams and advise on personalization best practices
  • Continue to partner with the Direct Marketing team to build a roadmap supporting the ongoing evolution of the program
  • Work with cross-functional partners in Legal, finance, and other functions to ensure that we are developing loyalty engagement marketing experiences and campaigns that meet privacy, legal, policy, and customer experience standards and requirements
  • Requirements for success:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related degree
    • Minimum of 5 years marketing or business experience, with majority of experience coming from supporting loyalty programs for retailers
    • In-depth knowledge of Customer Loyalty theory and implementation including integrated marketing and CRM disciplines (including primary research, segmentation, targeting, direct marketing and customer care)
    • Experience with various Loyalty models and their pros and cons
    • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including a familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working with technical teams
    • Proficient at digging into advanced data sets to identify insights that will guide our strategy
    • Impeccable communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders across many time zones and cultures
    • Tableau experience preferred
