We have just completed a renovation of our kitchen, received our food operator's license, and soon we will be offering a small but upscale lite bite menu to complement the property. -This role will be responsible for many facets of the operations at Maxwell Mansion including Guest Services, Housekeeping, and F&B. -Hours will vary and frequently will include evenings and weekends. Based on your experience you will begin by leading one or more of these teams.This position is a full-time exempt (salaried) position responsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the departments assigned. -Duties include but are not limited to scheduling, team training, hiring, working hands on with the team, SOP creation, cost management, revenue management, and being a key member of the MOD program. -If hospitality is your passion, excelling in guest experience is your goal, and working hands on while and leading a team describes you we'd like to meet you!Minimum four (4) years of previous upscale hospitality experience and two (2) years of directly managing a team of at least 5.
