Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: CNC Programmer / Machinist Location: Burr Ridge, IL Shift: Day & Night Shifts Available (15% premium for night shift) Are you an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist looking to grow with a respected, family-owned company that values craftsmanship, innovation, and teamwork? What You'll Do: Program and run 5-axis and 3-axis CNC mills , including setup and operation Fully program from solid models and edit programs as needed Set up and machine complex or irregularly shaped parts Interpret GD&T on drawings and ensure accuracy through self-inspection Use micrometers, bore gauges , and other standard measuring tools Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings Determine proper speeds and feeds for challenging aerospace materials such as Inconels, Monels, Titanium , etc. Collaborate with teammates and assist in CNC programming Operate multiple machines simultaneously when needed What You Bring: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication Proven experience in a CNC programming and machining environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team A desire for continuous improvement and high-quality results Why Join Bronson & Bratton?
