Job Description Job Description Job Title: Assembler Job Description Join our team as an Assembler where you will play a crucial role in assembling laminators, feeders, cutters, and vacuum presses. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and gathering necessary materials to construct both mechanical and electrical machine components. Responsibilities Assemble laminators, feeders, cutters, and vacuum presses. Interpret blueprints to collect materials for machine components. Wire electrical panels and utilize volt meters. Connect motors ranging from 1-3 phases. Assemble pulleys, belt chains, and panels. Fabricate parts as necessary. Essential Skills 1-3 years of assembly experience or relevant schooling. Strong mechanical aptitude. Proficiency in using hand tools. Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and work orders. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with automotive repair or any mechanical and technical work. Ownership of personal tools is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work the first shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM in a well-lit, air-controlled manufacturing and production facility. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
