(Sheboygan, WI) Job Description: Van Wyk Auto is looking for an
experienced Lead Automotive Technician to join our team in
Sheboygan, WI. We’re a locally owned, independent repair shop built
on integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to quality. Our
technicians take pride in their work, enjoy a supportive

the corporate pressure. We’re seeking a skilled, motivated
technician who can handle advanced diagnostics, lead by example,
and contribute to our strong shop culture. Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues efficiently and
accurately Communicate clearly with service advisors to ensure
quality customer experiences Mentor and support other technicians
as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere Qualifications:
ASE Certification or equivalent experience required Proven ability
to diagnose complex automotive issues Strong work ethic and
attention to detail Leadership experience or ability to guide
others in the shop Valid driver’s license with a clean driving
