Job Description Job Description Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Description Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, where you will perform repair and maintenance on a variety of systems including hydraulics, bearings, shafts, and electrical components. This role involves a significant amount of preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities. Responsibilities Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, bearings, shafts, and perform preventative maintenance. Conduct electrical repairs including work on PLCs such as Siemens and Rockwell, and engage in some controls work. Perform mechanical repairs such as changing motors, pumps, and replacing mechanical components like pins, bearings, and bushings. Repair and maintain machinery, equipment, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Perform routine preventative maintenance on processing equipment, processing support equipment, utility support equipment, and facility-related machinery and equipment. Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts, fabricate parts when needed, and adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments. Follow blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and service manuals to repair and maintain equipment. Repair broken parts using brazing, soldering, and welding equipment and hand tools. Prepare maintenance reports, document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs through the use of EAM. Work safely and efficiently, using all required personal protective equipment and safety devices in accordance with all STW documentation. Actively participate in Continuous Improvement activities, promoting and sustaining CI, 5S, and STW activities. Why Work Here? Work Environment Expect to work 40-45 hours a week, including one weekend every two months. You will work alongside one technician and the plant manager in a larger, cleaner facility that employs 35 people. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Ixonia, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $66560.00/yr. Brand new, State of the Art facilities (One of the nicest facilities in the area) -Climate controlled facility!
