Job Description Job Description CNC Machine Operato r II & III | Starting at $26hr | Mon-Fri 4:00 pm-12:30 am |Temp to Hire What Matters Most Competitive Pay starting at $26.00 per hour plus $1.35hr shift differential Schedule: Mon.-Fri. 4:00 pm- 12:30 am Location: Alsip, IL Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description The CNC Machine Operator II & III are experienced machine operators who are disciplined, creative and an excellent problem solver who will thrive in our lean manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Follow Standard Work Machine set up, running parts and preventative maintenance (PM). Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations and/or operate other equipment, including the selection and presetting of tools which will be required for the next scheduled job. Participate and engage in SMED, Kaizen events, and ‘5 Whys’ problem-solving exercises. Resolve and/or report equipment abnormalities. Qualifications and Requirements: At least 3 (three) or more years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. At least 3 (three) or more years’ experience of setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines (mills, lathes, or both), including loading programs, selecting tooling, and adjusting parameters. At least 3 (three) or more years of experience reading and understanding blueprints, schematics, GD&T symbols, and work instructions to produce parts accurately. At least 3 (three) or more years of experience using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMM equipment, and other inspection tools to verify part dimensions and maintain tight tolerances. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
