Description
Perform set-up, tooling adjustments and changes and minor
maintenance activities on CNC Equipment and Special built Process
Equipment and Gauging. Tooling offsets and M and G code updates are
a routine function of this position. This position will be involved
with assisting engineering in new process development and process
improvement activities. This position will be involved in machine
and process equipment changeovers including first piece approvals
as well as participating in resolution of quality issues as they
arise. This position will be involved with assisting in diagnosing
and resolving maintenance issues as well as performing preventative
maintenance on machine on machines. The training for the position
will include on the job training, work experience, and potential
outside training. This position will also be required to run
production at times to relieve machining machine operators for
breaks.
