Based in the Kenosha / Milwaukee area - they are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join the corporate team. You will be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives, sourcing new machining centers, and working with operators to optimize existing processes.Client DetailsMy client is a Multi-Billion dollar, global organization that specializes in the manufacturing and production of high-end tools and equipment. They have many sites throughout North America, however this role will be joining at the corporate level and work with several sites both in Kenosha and Milwaukee. With over 12 thousand associates world wide, they serve the automotive, heavy-duty machinery, aerospace and railroad industries.Description

• Source New Machining Centers
• Perform Capital Expenditure Initiatives
• Utilize your background in CNC machining to drive continuous improvements
• Implement LEAN manufacturing methodology
• Work alongside operators to maximize production efficiency
• Travel 40 - 65% of the time to sites throughout Kenosha and Milwaukee
• Perform Floor Support, Design and Draw Fixtures, Make Tooling SelectionsProfile
  • CNC Exp, Machining Exp specifically within a metals environment
  • Capital Expenditure and New Equipment Implementation Experience
  • 4 Year Degree Required
  • 2-4+ Years Experience Preferred
  • LEAN Manufacturing Experience
  • PLC Knowledge preferred, not requiredJob Offer
    • Starting salary of $75,000 - $90,000 based on Experience
