Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing has a new, innovative Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP)
for engineering sophomores that will cover tuition and select
expenses for the student's junior and senior years of college, for
those selected. Additionally, those selected will participate in a
wide range of innovative engineering projects and product-focused
activities, exposure to products across the company, mentorships,
and have access to top leaders in the company, followed by a
full-time position with Boeing.
The program consists of two summer sessions followed by a
three-year commitment of full-time employment with Boeing.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2023
Currently enrolled or intending to pursue a Bachelor's degree in
one of following core engineering/applied sciences disciplines
(Aeronautical/Aerospace, Chemical, Civil (especially Structural
emphasis or interest), Computer Engineering/Science, Electrical,
Industrial, Manufacturing, Materials, Mathematics, Mechanical,
Physics, Software, Structural, Systems, Quality, Industrial
Engineering Technical, Industrial Management, Operations Research,
and Engineering Mechanics)
Currently attending one of the following universities: Washington
University in St. Louis, University of Washington, Virginia Tech
University, Tuskegee University, University of Southern California
or University of South Carolina
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Exceptional social and collaboration skills as shown through
leadership positions on teams and/or in student or civic
Strong technical experiences as confirmed through technical
projects, research or engineering internships
Exceptional social skills and interest and passion related to
engineering, aerospace and a career with Boeing
Sophomore class standing or higher
