together, we've only just begun.As a Sr. Test Engineer, in Zebra's
Technical Operations team, you will be empowered and inspired to
contribute to our mission for delivering and supporting optimized
test solutions in support of product configurations,
reconfigurations and conversions at our key distribution center's
value add services area. - This includes supporting new product
introductions (NPI), while supporting legacy test equipment and
managing engineering production changes and provide production
support. - You will be involved in feasibility, DFT, test coverage
analysis to test process deployment that meet Zebra's quality
standards. - At the same time, you will constantly work to identify
areas to maximize efficiency, test yield and minimize test cost. -
You will work with multi-disciplinary engineering - and operations
teams to resolve issues detected through testing. -
Responsibilities:

- Support and develop test processes for DC operations value-add
services functions, including software and electro-mechanical
hardware systems
- Analyze complex problems and identify their impact using
statistical analysis of measurement results to recommend solutions
to moderately complex problems
- Perform root causes analysis of Production issues, troubleshoot
and repair hardware and any relevant software issues
- Provide support during manufacturing process validation
- Develops expected results for retesting on a variety of
products
- Develops documentation for new testing projects and reviews
previous testing results
- Considers latest technologies and new approaches to tests,
tools, and testing protocols
- Reviews changes or upgrades to existing tests, tools, and
testing protocols
- May develop new tools to aid in the analysis and solving of
problems
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for
obtaining solutions
- Controls and implements any relevant engineering changes.
- Research and implement continuous improvement projects
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer Science)
or related discipline required
- 4+ years of engineering experience
- Programming experience with C, C#, Java, Python, LabVIEW
- Previous experience with electronic and mechanical
subsystemsPreferred Qualifications:
- Experience in electronic troubleshooting and diagnostics or a
related field.
- Moderate mechanical assembly service or troubleshooting
acceptable too.
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to
effectively communicate at multiple levels in the
organization.
- High ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple tasks
