as a paraprofessional in a dynamic K-12 school environment focused
on providing specialized assistance to meet diverse learning needs.
Positions are contract-based for the current school year, offering
a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact in the
educational development of children. Available roles include:
Paraeducator for Visually Impaired Students Early Childhood Program
(Clarendon Hills, IL) High School Classroom (Bilingual Spanish
required) Paraeducator for Structured Learning Environment (SLE)
Elementary Level (Downers Grove, IL) Candidates in all roles will
work approximately 35 hours per week across various educational
settings, collaborating with teachers and support staff to foster
an inclusive and supportive classroom. These positions require
applicants to hold a Professional Educator License (PEL) and
Paraeducator Certification to ensure readiness to address
specialized student needs effectively. Key qualifications and
experience: Valid PEL and Paraeducator Certification (mandatory)
Experience or training in working with visually impaired students
or structured learning environments Bilingual Spanish skills
(required for the high school visually impaired role) Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to support
individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt to diverse
classroom settings Responsibilities include assisting with
instruction, implementing learning activities tailored to student
needs, supporting classroom management, and fostering student
engagement within a nurturing and adaptive environment. Positions
are available immediately, emphasizing the urgent need for
