currently searching for the right superintendent to join their
growing team. In this role, the superintendent will ensure the
onsite success of each project while developing relationships with
all key stakeholders involved. Client Details Currently, under

almost any type of construction project. Regionally headquartered
in downtown Milwaukee, they have quickly grown in the Wisconsin
market and are projecting to do over $80M in revenue this year.

year. Reason for Opening: Growth necessitates the adding a
superintendent this year. They are looking to add someone early
this year so they can get acclimated to their culture and then be a
part of their plans for the rest of the year and beyond.

delivering complex projects. Wisconsin Offices: Headquarters in
downtown Milwaukee with a growing office in Madison. Self-Perform
Capabilities: Currently does not self-perform work in Wisconsin.
Project Locations: This position will primarily focus on projects
in the greater Milwaukee area. Project Variety: Involves
large-scale federal, commercial, mixed-use, municipal, and high-end
tenant improvement projects. Description Position Summary: Oversee
field operations and schedules, ensuring safety and successful
project completion. Supervise subcontractors while maintaining
positive relationships with Project Managers, Owners, Architects,
and Subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule
projects, including short interval schedules. Schedule manpower and
develop budgets based on estimates and timelines. Manage
subcontractors, resolve conflicts, and ensure quality and safety
control. Evaluate labor, material, and equipment costs weekly to
control expenses. Lead Pepper self-perform trades when applicable.
Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting client needs. Provide
leadership through team communication, motivation, and good
judgment. Mentor and coach other supervisors. Promote and enforce
safety practices on the jobsite. Build and maintain positive
relationships with Clients, Architects, Engineers, and Inspectors.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Profile Bachelor's
degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred). 7
years of experience in a field supervision. Successfully completed
5 projects independently. Strong ability to build and maintain
effective working relationships. Self-motivated with the ability to
work independently and as part of a team. Ability to be
client-facing and present professionally to all key stakeholders
involved in projects. Job Offer Compensation: Strong base salary
between $120,000 and $150,000 (depending on experience) Company

cell phone allowance Between two and four weeks of vacation time
(depending on experience) Between five and seven days of personal
time (depending on experience) Discretionary bonus target between
10% and 15% (depending on experience) Health, dental, and vision
