As a fluid technician, you'll build trusted relationships with our customers while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments. What You'll Do Maintain and manage metalworking fluids at customer sites Safely remove and replace fluids, lubricants, and components Clean production machinery and washers to meet high standards Monitor inventory and reorder supplies through Vendor Managed Inventory Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and accurate documentation Deliver products and maintain company vehicle Communicate professionally with customers and uphold safety standards What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred 3–12 months of related experience or training Mechanical aptitude and hands-on mindset Valid driver's license required Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and adapt to changing tasks Comfortable with physical demands: lifting, standing, climbing, and traveling Skills That Set You Apart Basic math and measurement skills Clear communication in small team settings Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and consistency Where You'll Work You'll service a variety of manufacturing, warehouse, and production facilities across the region.
