Job Description:

We are on the search for someone with a passion for marketing, digital media and creative pursuits--- we're looking for a marketing all-rounder! Our ideal candidate is capable of managing multiple projects/touch-points at once, clearly communicating with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing contractor workflow, and intelligently navigating stakeholder requests. Your role will be focused on supporting marketing efforts across the business; supporting internal stakeholders with project facilitation, collaborating with the marketing team on advertising and campaign initiatives, and working with/managing external contractors against project milestones. The Marketing Coordinator will execute on downstream strategic and tactical marketing activities. This position will collaborate on B2B marketing campaigns and programs to drive lead generation and sales enablement through the sales cycle. Supports B2B advertising and event/conference strategy in close collaboration with the Sales Team. -Drive awareness and interest in our products with new and existing clients. The Marketing Coordinator will work with members of the Corporate Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to develop and drive demand generation and new revenue growth.

What you will do

Execute innovative marketing programs and campaigns to generate leads, engage customers, and drive growth
Support marketing activities using experience in digital marketing, content development, event strategy, and advertising
Execute highly-targeted -multi-brand -marketing campaigns and content-led programs that successfully engage target accounts and drive pipeline opportunities for Sales
Support -marketing activities and -integrated, multi-channel campaigns including: emails, webinars, events (trade shows, speaking opportunities, industry events, Included Health roadshows), digital/social programs/advertising, direct mail, content syndication, web presence
Manage customized marketing programs for clients
Develop Business Development and Event collateral and content, ensuring alignment with brand standards, core positioning, and marketing plans
Blueprint education and sales collateral for multi-countries (including content development) and working with an internal design team to execute
Collaborate with the Business Development and Client Success teams to develop targeted sales materials including meeting decks and to train the sales team
Collaborate with broader marketing team to execute content marketing strategy across multi-channels, including social media, website, digital paid advertising and sales collateral
Developing and managing content calendar for social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIN and Facebook) and oversee daily/monthly content scheduling for RX Destroyer and Secure a Drug brands
Manage brand listings across public and distributorship channels, including but not limited to Google My Business, Distributorship Profiles, Paid and Unpaid business listings
Support in the development and deployment of brand changes and their impact across all digital and non-digital formats; working with internal stakeholders to execute changes
Support in managing external digital marketing contractors and driving accountability to results across paid channels and SEO
Support with keyword and link-based SEO techniques across RX Destroyer and Secure a Drug websites
Supporting the Marketing Manager with monthly reporting of key success indicators for the two brands you will be working with
Work with the marketing team in scoping blueprints for videos or photoshoots, and facilitate with the coordination of multi-media projects
Manage project punch lists with time-based projects such as website development or advertising campaigns
With the rest of the Marketing Communications team, act as a brand guardian in terms of the look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice for written copy.

Our Ideal Candidate

2+ years of marketing, advertising or relevant local post-college experience
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Exceptional planning, organizational, communication -and timekeeping -skills
Superior written and oral communication skills
Strong collaboration -and interpersonal -skills, clear team player, can-do attitude
Track record of success working alongside Sales organizations
Superior communication material development abilities (i.e. slides, advertising, general messaging, etc.) / -ability to translate commercial needs through marketing channels
Detail and -quality oriented, -deliver with the highest quality with ability to -with the Confidence to self-initiate and spearhead marketing ideas or efficiencies
Innovative thinker, with an eye to developing new solutions and tools; -fluid and adaptive to adjust marketing activities according to learned results.
Comfortable in fast-paced, resource-lean environments -but skilled in working effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience working across social media and other digital marketing channels; having an understanding of key metrics and success measurements
HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite experience is an advantage
Local SEO experience is advantageous
Strong preference healthcare/medical device industry experience
