We are looking to hire an Assistant Business Office Manage to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization. Responsibilities: Manage records and information Plan and maintain work facilities Provide administrative assistance to management team Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.) Qualifications: Accounting experience QuickBooks proficient Service Titan Experience a plus Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multi-task Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong leadership qualitiesJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time offSchedule: 8 hour shift Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate: Kenosha, WI 53144: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience: Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred) Administrative experience: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
