join our thriving insurance agency. As an Account Manager, you will
be responsible for cultivating and managing Customer relationships
while selling a range of insurance products and services. Your
primary goal will be to assess Customers' insurance needs,
recommend appropriate coverage, and provide exceptional customer
service to ensure their satisfaction and peace of mind.
Responsibilities: 1. Customer Consultation: Meet with potential and
existing Customers to assess their insurance needs, review existing
policies, and provide expert advice. 2. Sales Generation: Utilize
your extensive knowledge of insurance products to recommend
appropriate coverage solutions tailored to Customers' individual
circumstances. 3. Quoting and Proposals: Prepare and present
insurance quotes and proposals to Customers, explaining coverage
options, terms, and premiums clearly and comprehensively. 4. Policy
Issuance: Complete and submit applications, issue insurance
policies, and ensure all required documentation is accurate and up
to date. 5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service
by addressing Customer inquiries, resolving concerns. 6.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships
with Customers to maintain retention and generate referrals. 7.
Networking: Actively participate in networking events, community
activities, and other lead-generation opportunities to expand your
customer base. 8. Compliance: Stay current with industry
regulations and ensure all transactions comply with state and
federal insurance laws. 9. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales
targets and performance goals set by the agency. 10. Continuous
Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge,
and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional
development. Qualifications: 1. Ability to obtain licenses for
multiple lines of insurance. 2. Proven experience in sales, with a
track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. 3. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build
trust and rapport with Customers. 4. Customer-focused mindset and a
dedication to providing exceptional service. 5. High ethical
standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality. 6. Strong
organizational and time-management skills. 7. Self-motivated and
