About the Role – Federal Tax Senior Manager Requirements •\tBachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, tax, or other closely related field •\tCPA, EA, JD, or LLM in Taxation •\t8-10 years of federal tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax department; experience with corporate entity structures in addition to a general level of knowledge in other areas of taxation, including partnerships, trusts, and individuals Responsibilities •\tAdvise clients on a full spectrum of tax services: planning, research, compliance, provision •\tReview workpapers and tax returns •\tPlan and coordinate the flow of information with clients and effectively manage client needs •\tDevelop and sustain strong client relationships •\tSimultaneously manage multiple projects, teams, and clients across various industries •\tDevelop, motivate, and train staff level team members and new managers •\tKeep up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax law •\tAssist with new business development All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
