This full-time role offers opportunities for leadership in a collaborative environment. Competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience, plus performance bonuses, health benefits, 401(k), and professional development. Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly Responsibilities: Manage month-end and year-end closes, prepare financial statements, perform reconciliations, and conduct variance analysis. Oversee accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and forecasting while mentoring junior staff. Assist with audits, tax preparations, internal controls, and special projects like forensic reviews relevant to legal operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred; 5 years in senior accounting, ideally in a law firm or professional services. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Clio), and Excel; experience with legal billing a plus.
