Job Description Job Description Senior Tax Manager Tax Senior Manager Position Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Senior Manager to lead our tax department and provide strategic guidance on complex tax issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance and planning, with a focus on Corporations, Individuals and Pass-Through entities. This role is critical in ensuring our clients receive the best tax strategies while maintaining compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities - Lead tax planning and compliance for Corporations, Individuals and Pass-Through entities. - Review and approve tax returns and related documents for accuracy and compliance. - Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize client tax positions. - Stay updated on tax legislation and industry trends to provide informed advice. - Manage and mentor junior tax staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. - Communicate effectively with clients and provide proactive tax advice and solutions. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Qualifications - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management - Strong understanding of tax compliance and planning for various entity types, including pass-through entities. HNW/Family Office exp is big plus - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
