Job Description /n /n/n/n Sr Inventory Control Analyst /n /n
Work Mode: Onsite /n /n Location: Onsite– Kohler, Wisconsin
Opportunity The Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring
the/naccuracy of inventory records through cycle counting,
auditing, and/nreconciliation processes. This role supports
operational efficiency by/nidentifying discrepancies, minimizing
inventory errors, and maintaining/ncompliance with company
standards. - Proactively analyze inventory control process in the
organization to understand opportunities for improvement to achieve
service levels while operating with inventory accuracy reliability.
- Partner with other supply chain teams to implement inventory
control process and initiatives and drive resolution to completion.
- Develop tools & reports to provide early alerts on inventory
potential inventory risks, both shortages and financial impacts. -
Investigate and/n resolve inventory discrepancies using Warehouse
Management System (WMS)/n reports. - Prepare assigned/n summaries
of inventory control results and KPIs, including effective root/n
cause analysis resulting in actions. - Own assigned/n dashboards
and analytics tools to ensure inventory accuracy, value and/n
effective use. /n /n Skills/Requirements /n /n - Bachelor’s degree
in a related field is/n required: Supply Chain, Business,
Operations,/n Finance or Engineering. - At least 2 years of
experience in/n supply chain management, including relevant
inventory control/n responsibilities, required. Problem/n solving
methods (root cause analysis, identification of corrective/n
actions, and management of resolution) required. - Experience with
advanced inventory control/n methods and tools preferred; and
capability to use and deploy is required. - APICS/IBF or other
related/n certification is preferred - Knowledge of cycle counting
methodologies and inventory auditing /n /n CUSTOM.PAY.TRANSPARENCY
