Job Description:

KEY TASKS

• Provide financial analysis support to the Director Finance and VP Sales and Franchising
  • Track and align regional promotional plans for compliance and expense targets.
    • Provide support and analysis related to Regional Sales Team spend, including auditing spend reports and working through savings suggestions.
      • Provide regional inventory and other assets analysis and collaborate with the sales team in understanding and developing asset control reporting for senior management.
        • Provide ongoing analysis and support schedules for Quarterly Business Reviews.
          • Develop and leverage reports and query building within the IT Data Warehouse and the analytical tool Tableau.
            • Monitor data warehouse tables to ensure accurate data and reporting.
              • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management.
                • Standardize, consolidate, and improve processes for reporting within the North American Sales channel.
                  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in the finance business unit.
