If you pride yourself on organization, streamlining and accuracy when it comes to details, this is the job for you. Job function:

• Enter accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Maintain accurate records in accounting software
• Enter inventory records
• Record CAD/Labor job hours
• Generate monthly sales reports
• Bank deposits
• Other related duties as assigned Requirements:
  • 2 years minimal accounting experience
  • AR/AP experience
  • Accounting software fluency
  • MS Office Proficiency
